INVITATIONS
How to invite parents?
Follow the steps below.

Step 1
On the main staff dashboard click on the CHILDREN circle.

Step 2
Click on the Pink 3 line Menu bar in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Step 3
Now choose FAMILIES from the menu that appears.

Step 4
Find the child of the parent who has requested an invitation. Click on the SEND INVITATION link below the child's name.
NOTE: RESEND INVITATION will appear if a family has already been sent an inviation but NOT accepted it yet.
NOTE: THE FAMILY NAME will appear when a family has accepted the invitation and has successfully connected. You will also notice a new message icon at the end of the childs name that allows you to message the parents directly.

Step 5
Enter the parents email or mobile phone number in the box that appears. We recommend using parents mobile phone number as the invitation is typically received more quickly.
Thats it!

Go to the CHILDREN page
Select FAMILIES from the menu on the bottom right
Find the child of the family to invite
Click on SEND INVITATION
Enter the parents mobile or email
